How to get Arqma Wallet help safely
Arqma Wallet doesn’t have a billing department. Support is the community — and the community is generous, if you ask the right way.
Where to ask
- Community chat: fastest on public channels. See our community page for links.
- GitHub issues: for bugs, crashes, and feature requests. A clear ticket is more valuable than a frantic chat message.
- This site’s docs: start with the FAQ and the relevant guide. Most questions have an answer here already.
What to share when you ask
The single biggest factor in getting a fast answer is giving the helper enough context.
- Your platform: Windows / macOS / Linux / Android / iOS, and the version.
- Arqma Wallet version: shown in Settings → About.
- What you were trying to do.
- What actually happened — the exact error text, ideally a screenshot.
- What you’ve already tried.
What NEVER to share
- Your 25-word seed phrase. Not on chat, not in a screenshot, not in a support ticket. Anyone asking for it — even claiming to be staff — is trying to steal your funds.
- Your wallet password or your
.keysfile. - Your wallet’s private view key (unless you intentionally want to make a watch-only wallet for someone).

Who answers
The Arqma project is open-source and community-led. Maintainers, long-term contributors, and experienced users all answer questions in public channels. There’s no “ticket queue” — help comes from people who care about the project. Be patient and polite and you’ll usually get an answer within hours.
Self-help first — it’s faster than you think
Most issues fall into a handful of buckets:
