Arqma community & support
Arqma is built by a small, public-facing community. You can find help quickly — just ask in the right place, and watch out for the scammers who pretend to help.

Where to go
- X / Twitter →
Release announcements and ecosystem news. DM responses are rare — public replies reach more eyes.
- GitHub →
Source code, releases, and bug reports. File issues with reproduction steps and version info.
How to ask a question that gets answered
- Say which wallet you’re using (GUI, CLI, mobile, web) and the version number.
- Say what OS you’re on (Windows 11, macOS 14, Ubuntu 22.04, etc.).
- Describe what you did and what happened. Paste any error text verbatim.
- Don’t share your seed phrase, password, or wallet file. Ever. Nobody needs them to help you.
Contribute back
The fastest way to make Arqma better is to answer one beginner’s question per week. The next-fastest is to file a clear bug report when something breaks. After that: docs, translations, code. Everything is on GitHub.
The cost of not owning real, public support
The 880-a-month 'crypto recovery services' Google ads are scams running on people's panic. Arqma's community is small, public and free — and the people you'll talk to are the same people writing the code.
- $2.2Bstolen from crypto services and custodial wallets in 2024 alone (Chainalysis). Almost none of it was held in self-custodial wallets like Arqma.
- #1cause of consumer crypto losses, year after year, is a fake wallet or cloned download page — not a protocol exploit. The official build is the fix.
- 25words is all you need to restore an Arqma Wallet on any device, in under five minutes. No support ticket, no waiting on a custodian to respond.
- $5.6Breported lost to crypto investment fraud in the US in 2023 (FBI IC3). Nearly all of it sat in third-party accounts the victim didn’t actually control.
